1. The service
Relay provides access to third-party AI models through the SearchAtlas AI Gateway. We route your requests to the model provider you select. Requests are billed against your prepaid balance at the rate shown on the Relay model table. We do not resell third-party cloud credentials or spare capacity from other accounts — the gateway is operated by SearchAtlas.
2. Accounts and payment
You must fund a prepaid balance before creating an API key. Requests are debited from that balance in real time at the rate shown for the model used. We may offer a one-time first-deposit bonus; eligibility, amount, and minimum deposit are described on the Pricing page and may change for new accounts.
3. Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and to each underlying model provider’s own usage policies. We may suspend or terminate an account immediately for fraud, abuse, non-payment, or a violation of either policy.
4. Availability
We do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage. Model availability depends on the underlying provider and on gateway routing conditions. If a request fails before reaching a model provider, you are not charged for it.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Relay is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
6. Changes
We may update these terms or published prices from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect is acceptance of the updated terms.
