1. Requests and model providers
Requests sent through Relay may be forwarded to the provider serving that route. The provider’s own data handling terms apply to content it receives; review those terms before sending sensitive information. Relay’s request handling and logging details are still being verified, so this policy does not promise that request content is never retained by every system involved.
2. Account data
We collect account identifiers and contact details needed to operate the console and respond to support requests. If payment processing is enabled in the future, payment data handling will be described here before it is offered. Card funding is currently disabled.
3. Retention
Account and support records are retained as needed to operate the service and respond to requests. Retention periods for gateway request logs are not published by Relay yet.
4. Sharing
We share request content with the provider serving the request. Supplier inquiry details are available to authorized Relay staff so they can review and respond. Relay does not sell personal information.
