Acceptable Use Policy

Relay exists to make legitimate model usage cheaper, not to launder abuse. The following are prohibited on any Relay account:

• Violating the usage policy of the underlying model provider for any request routed through Relay.
• Generating content that is illegal, that sexualizes minors, or that is intended to harass, defraud, or deceive a real person.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or re-exposing Relay access as your own API to third parties without our written agreement.
• Creating multiple accounts, cards, or identities to claim the first-deposit bonus more than once.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, concurrency caps, or balance checks, including through automated account creation.
• Sending traffic designed to probe, scrape, or extract a model provider’s training data, system prompts, or internal configuration.
• Using the service in a way that threatens the stability or availability of the gateway for other customers.

We may suspend a key or an account immediately, without notice, for a suspected violation, and may withhold an unused balance pending a fraud or abuse investigation. See the Terms of Service for the full suspension and liability terms. Report abuse or a security issue to support@relay-ai.com.
